BAFTA 2024: Οι υποψήφιοι των βρετανικών Όσκαρ. Η «Λανθιμιάδα» συνεχίζεται

Τα βρετανικά Όσκαρ, λειτουργούν συχνά ως προάγγελος των ταινιών που θα εξασφαλίσουν τη βράβευση και από την Αμερικανική Ακαδημία Κινηματογράφου. Και ο χάρτης των BAFTA 2024, έτσι όπως διαμορφώθηκε μέσα από την ανακοίνωση των υποψήφιων ταινιών, δεν έφερε μεγάλες εκπλήξεις. Το Oppenheimer του Christopher Nolan ηγήθηκε της κούρσας, εξασφαλίζοντας 13 υποψηφιότητες, ενώ το Poor Things του Γιώργου Λάνθιμου και το Killers of the Flower Moon του Martin Scorsese με 11 και 9 υποψηφιότητες αντίστοιχα. 9 υποψηφιότητες κέρδισε και το The Zone of Interest, ενώ από 7 υποψηφιότητες εξασφάλισαν και τα Anatomy of a Fall, The Holdovers και το Maestro του Bradley Cooper.

Το All of Us Strangers, μια από τις ταινίες που ανυπομονούμε να δούμε το 2024, κέρδισε 6 υποψηφιότητες BAFTA, ενώ η Barbie της Greta Gerwig και το αμφιλεγόμενο Saltburn, 5.

Η 77η τελετή των βραβείων BAFTA 2024 θα πραγματοποιηθεί στις 18 Φεβρουαρίου 2024 με παρουσιαστή τον David Tennant.
